Thoughts on Asher?

I can't seem to find the right name for baby boy.  First it was Greyson, then Noah, now I'm loving Chase.  Everyone I've suggested Chase to people keep saying he'll get made fun of, I'm also having a hard time finding a middle name for Chase since last name is short.  My step daughter suggested Asher.  At first I didn't like it, but I looked it up and it had a very nice meaning-happy and blessed and it's biblical (my DF would like).  I'm still not sure about it, though it would go with the original middle name-Scott.  Asher Scott Vaughn?
