7dpiui and AF like cramps

Ok guys so I have had AF like cramps ALL day today along with some dull intermittent pain in my left lower side!!! I'm 7dpiui and 8dp trigger and I've NEVER gotten cramps this far out from AF before!! Anyone else experience this?? This is my first cycle so I'm new to all of this!! I've also been extremely thirsty and I've been sneezing all day today! Any advice is welcome! 💖
