HELP!

So last night my guy and I had been drinking (didn't intend to but it happened) then had sex twice without a condom. The first time I clearly remember him pulling out. When we did it again later that night I thought he pulled out again. But when I got home it felt like he came inside. I've been on the pill since January and I've never had a guy fully finish inside without a condom. Should I go get plan B?
