Wtf is my vagina doing??

Ok my period was 10 days late for the first time since I got off birth control.(4 months or more) Sex was painful in my uterus as it was when I was pregnant with our daughter. (Makes me think miscarriage because it hurt before my period), I started my period, it was twice as long as last month's period. And due to a death in the family we hadn't really had a chance to get intimate in 2 weeks. (I my period ended yesterday) well we had sex last night for the first time in 15 days and I had to ask him to stop, he was so freaked out he had hurt me he just held me. And unlike the usual 4+ times I usually cum I struggled for the one. It hurt up into my ribs. My husband doesn't have an ultra-gigantor dick either, so it worries me something might actually be off with me and not him. Idk if it might just be swelling from my period shutting off or something far more serious. Ideas?
