Family Is Failing Me

Jo
I am going into the 8th grate this year starting out as a 4.0 GPA student and my father thinks I need to be better and do better in school when I'm playing 3 sports and tourting while trying to find a job. I say this because his new bride whom he got married to not even a full year after divorcing my mom: daughter got a full ride to Kent State. However she also has a son who failed his sophomore year ending the school year with a 0.3 GPA whom she sent away to live with his dad who lives in Rhode Island for threatening to kill his sister and he's abusive to his mom, yet he has the authority to yell at me for not being a better student and to try harder. He also makes comments about how my attitude is mean, nasty, rude, disrespectful, and disgusting like my sisters and mom who tries to be nice to him while his wife is always making comments about how we are trash. He says that I have to be more loving and open and fix my attitude to him and his wife as well as his parents because apparently I don't have manners when that's all I've been raised with. He also says that I have to say "I love you" to everyone I say goodbye to or else he'll slap me. He says that when I'm with his parents I'm not aloud to have my phone or anything I have at the time back until he feels like I've socialized and been nice enough to them when all they talk about is politics or his wife's kids; they talk about nothing that is insteresting to me. How am I supposed to fix this situation because my mom says that she can't do anything without proof however, when I'm with him most the time their out drinking and then driving home drunk. Also right when he got with his new wife he got a DUI and suspended for driving for 6 months when he still drove. This is having an effect on how I am as a person because he is trying to force me to live up to his standards while trying to become and find my own person. I am now depressed and have a eating disorder and well as bein scared when ever I'm around his wife's brother because I'm scared he'll do something to me.
