safe treatment while pregnant?

So, I think I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics I've been taking for a tooth infection, and IT IS MISERABLE! I can't stand feeling itchy and gross... but it's only on my clit, and there is white around it, but I have no thick discharge like "expected"  Is that normal? I've never gotten one before until now.. 
can I use mediated vagisil wipes to fix this being 31 weeks pregnant?! I do have an appointment on Thursday, but I can't stand this without some sort of relief until then 😩

I think over the counter creams are for internal.  I had an oncoming external one around the same area,  more due to heat and excess moisture. I used desitin.  Obgyn said if it works then use it.  Once it felt normal,  i wear a panty liner so it won't come back.

Use over the counter monistat, I use the vaginal suppositories and it typically comes with a cream for external use

Call ur doc for a rx, there's rules for how many weeks things are safe :) if u go over the counter route pharmacist can tell u what's safe.
