Opinions please

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting and we'll I guess I'm just at loss for words. I NEVER got my period last month but I took a test the other day with a bfn. But yet no period and for about two weeks now iv been cramping. In may however I had two periods. I'm confused and yes I have an appointment set up for the 5th to do blood work. Until then however I'd like opinions. Tia
