6 weeks pregnant

Hi lovelies,

I am six weeks pregnant today but I have no pregnancy symptoms.. is this something to worry about?

Also to add to my worry I saw some brown watery discharge this afternoon. Although the brown discharge has stopped I am worried every minute.
