implantation bleeding or period?

So I'm on nexplanon (arm implant) and I stopped having periods for the first 7 months and both me and my bf loved it! I got my first period back in May and it last like 20 days 😩
Then in June I had another period and it lasted a week so I thought maybe my periods would come back normally but 4 days after it stopped I bled for 2 more days. Could this be implantation bleeding or my period just being strange because of the birth control? I've never had my period stop for a couple days and then come back

It's because of the implant. I had the same thing over and over again! Get used to it, and remember the implant is over 99% effective and even if fertilisation did occur by some miracle it would more than likely be ectopic so you'd know about it!

Having the implant in my arm my period has been horrible it literally last a whole month and maybe 1 day of it gone if I'm lucky

Mine has never been normal since getting mine in Oct '16.  It seems random for who has no periods vs. who has periods. I was bit unlucky and was one that still got her periods (and random at times 😑).
