plan b

I've seen how dangerous plan b can be when takin so many times. I only used it two times and don't plan on using it ever again. My appointment for birth control is next week. My question is will I be okay if I only taking plan b two times? I know it can mess up your periods but I seen things people were saying like death blood clots strokes and heart attacks. Should I worry about these things being that I took it twice am I at risk right now?
