needing some sleeping tips! 😭😴

My 11 month old daughter for the past few weeks has been waking up during the night refusing to get back to sleep in her cot. She's in her own room with her sister but I think she hates sleeping alone when she can't see me or my husband.. we are so exhausted that we try settling her but when we walk away she screams again we then bring her to our bed to comfort her and she'll fall fast asleep.. she used to sleep the full night but it's getting so exhausting. We thought it was her teeth bothering her but I have a feeling she's so used to sleeping with us it's became her routine.. we need tips. I don't like the cry it out way I can't bear to listen to her screaming. It's our fault for allowing her in the bed, we never done it with my oldest daughter 😩
