Leave Job or Raise Baby

I'm in a really hard situation. I am pregnant with my second baby and am debating returning to work after maternity leave. The issue I am having is trusting someone to watch my baby and on top of that the cost of childcare. I have a good job and make good money but my schedule is crazy. I am a manager in retail so my schedule is crazy. Never really get holidays off and I work 40+ hours. I am lucky to not pay rent bc my dad gave me a place. But I just regret not being there for my daughter which is now 7. I just don't want to miss my baby's milestones and just work to put my children in childcare.
