Normal FTM Mom Anxiety or Post Partum Anxiety?

I'm not sure what is normal as a 5 week PP, FTM. Here are some or the things I've been feeling:

- paranoid over way I'm raising baby (always Googling things even if it means sacrificing my sleep)

- stressing over need to be the "perfect" mom/wife (can't relax/ panicking if house is messy or meals aren't ready for husband)

- unhappy with post partum body (I'll sometimes break down in tears and refuse to leave the house)

- unable to relax when others are holding, feeding, etc baby (I'm hate to think they aren't doing it my way)

I love being a mom and my beautiful son. I just want to make sure I'm taking care of myself as well. Thanks!
