How tf do you change your baby's diaper?

Diaper changes have become more of a struggle than ever. My LO is constantly screaming, kicking, and trying to crawl away. We both just got covered in poop. I feel like I've tried everything! I sing songs, give him toys to play with, play peek-a-boo, and nothing is working. He just loses his shit every time I try to get him to stay still. Does anyone have a system that works??
