Hemorrhoids after baby!!!

Does anyone have remedies!!! I have been having issues since having my LO the end of May. It comes and goes. I guess because my boneyard has been through a lot and trying to get back to "normal." Whatever that is. Lol. I went to the Dr. today for my check up and she told me that the suppositories and this cream she gave me should to the job but it has me afraid to go to the bathroom. Almost as bad as contractions. Lol. HELP MAMAS!!
