Leaking fluid!?!💦😩😳

So I been going to the hospital every week to check the baby and my fluids for a routine check started at 34 weeks. My dr wanted that for my hypo thyroid. So last week my amniotic fluid was 17 normal and was getting more then last time. Today they checked it and lady ask if I was leaking because now I'm at a 9. I've noticed some spotting on my underwear that it's been wet but not discharged just clear. The nurse ask if I think my water broke and I said I don't think so. She told me if I started cramping where I can't breath I need to come in. I've been cramping but not to bad. Any advice or anyone else have a problem with that?
