implantation signs?

Hello lovely ladies- I know this is extreme TMI but yesterday I had brown spotting. I thought it was the start of my period but the brown spotting has stayed extremely light. In addition, this happen only 17 days into my 24 day cycle. A few hours after I started experiencing some extremely painful cramps, gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. I wanted to know if anyone experienced these symptoms during early pregnancy/implantation or if it is something I should go to a doctor about?
