9 days until birth, but 0 time left for us

I'm really starting to resent my bf!!! He is so freaking lazy when it comes to our baby who is due in 9 days!!! He will run all day and night for other people, but will complain if I ask him to do anything for me!!! He hasn't been to more than 2 appointments my whole pregnancy!!! But he makes time to drive everyone around and buy weed but has YET to buy our daughter anything!! I bought her EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im disgusted with his naked body, he hardly showers and he literally lays on the bed with a too small shirt and his legs spread wide open with his balls and dick sitting there!!!! NOBODY WANT TO SEE THAT 🙄!!! He won't even change our 15 month old but will clean up straight 💩 that his stupid dog makes!!! He is lazy and I'm sick of it!' He doesn't try to do anything to make me want him sexually, we haven't been sexually for 2 months straight. Well until last night, and that felt like I was forcing myself 🤢😒🙄... I don't kiss him because I never see him brushing his teeth, and he smokes like it's his oxygen... 🙍🏽🤦🏽‍♀️🙅🏽...I'm grossed out and not attracted to him, and I also think he is stalking his ugly ex!! (She took out a protection order) I wasn't even supposed to be pregnant, it was a blessing in disguise!! But now I have to deal with him even longer!!! 🙄 I wanted our relationship to work before, but now I feel like all the cheating and laziness he done or is doing, turned my feelings and heart a different direction. Should I tell him how I feel or just uproot me and my kids and leave?????
