My bf dumped me and I can't cope with the grief

My family have always hated my bf because he is 4 years older than me but before he was my bf they loved him

It upsets him that they don't like it because it's hard to move forward as a couple when there is always someone holding us back

So he ended it and it breaks my heart because I know he still loves me and I still love him 😭

I don't know what to do with myself now, woke up and went to text him but remembered a can't do that anymore

I've lost someone who was both my best friend and boyfriend and someone who made me so happy
