Sickness when upset 36 weeks

So I have been feeling emotional this past week, last night I was in alot of pain with my back which I have been having for a while now it's more in my tailbone but I was just aching all over, started to feel really emotional and had a little cry then I felt really sick ? Today again I cried then literally had to run to the toilet and threw up, I havn't had sickness since the beginning of pregnancy🤔 also been feeling quite run down like a cold is coming on, anyone else had these experiences ??
