Someone help!!!
Ok so my daughter is 6 weeks an we are breast feeding and doing a lot of skin to skin time. I love it!! But my neck and shoulders are killing me. I can't turn my head, my migraines are back and I had to supplement bc the doc gave me a med I can't breast feed with. Aside from heat packs hot showers and ibuprofen how can I get this to loosen up!?!? I'm in a ton of pain an it hurts to even lift her now!!!
