To switch or not to switch? That is the question.
It's a little late in the game for me seeing how I'm 29weeks +5day. My due date is fast approaching and I am not happy with the hospital I will be delivering at and if I do switch I'll also have to change doctor offices. I am happy with my doctors office. I love my midwife. But the hospital has polices in place that I'm just not liking. I know I should of looked into this sooner but it's the closes (29 minutes form my home) and seemed like my only opposition. But thanks to Google, I found a birthing center that is about a hour away from my home and contacted to a hospital. Just seems like the best of both to me. Maybe I'm just thinking the grass is greener on the other side.
Hubby is not happy about the hospital also and wishes the hospital the first two kids was delivered had not been bought out by this hospital and changed into an urgent care. That hospital was 46 minutes away from are home. So the 57 minutes drive does not seem like a big driver to me but he is worried about delivering on the side of the road. Because of that he thinks we should stay, but with the fist two we did not want to deliver there and chose a hospital father away.
Has anyone had something simpler or any input?
