Unless you have very defined muscles that push your organs inward, you won't have a flat stomach. Even extremely toned people will have a "pooch" if they aren't flexing their stomach.

Yes it's normal cause teens shouldn't be focusing so heavily on how they look: After highschool, nobody is going to give a shit about what clique you were part of or how you wore your hair lol

Depends. If you're overweight then it is a health issue. If you are within normal range then it may just be your uterus. Not everyone can actually have a perfectly flat stomach.

If you had a flat stomach all the time (including when you're sitting) then when you stood up you would rip your skin because it can't stretch.

yes sadly I had one all thru out school and I still have a "pooch" after and now I'm working on my stomach I got a goal to have a smaller stomach by 4th 2018
