Ttc 1 year and my SIL is expecting

So this month I've been TTC for a year

and this month my SIL tells me she's expecting her second. We are pretty close, but not super close. She doesn't know our whole struggle, just that we've been trying.

So today she tells me her baby names and her boy name is MY boy name.

when I found out she was pregnant I cried for hours to my husband. My husband already knew the boy name they chose and decided it would just be best not to tell me yet.

I'm so happy for my SIL but also struggling with this so hard. How do you all deal with this?!
