Bump disappears when getting up?!

Hey ladies,
I'm 16 weeks pregnant and every time I wake up I have my lovely bump hanging out. The second I get up and go about my day it's like the baby retreats back into my pelvis and it doesn't even look like I'm pregnant?!? Anyone else have this going on or experienced it? at what point did you bump stick out and stay out?

I was the opposite. When I layed down it disappeared.

This happened to me this morning! I was so excited to wake up and find my little bump, and then after getting up and starting my day, the bump isn't noticeable! Even laying down again, the bump is not what it was this morning. I just imagine the baby fast asleep under my belly button, and then all of a sudden, mom goes and ruins baby's comfy spot by getting up lol!

That could happen bc your baby is deep in there still. That happened to me but my doc said that it's normal since the baby is still small and has a lot of room to play in your uterus
