Weight Loss

I woke up feeling pretty ok about myself today. So I put on my new shorts I bought for vacation, and felt really good about how they looked.

That is until I sat down... my thighs looked as though they were going to turn blue from loss of circulation!! I felt so incredibly disgusting that I ran back into my house and had to change. I still feel really down about it, to the point of tears.

I have a really weird relationship with food... and I tend to eat when I am bored. Which has made me gain 20lbs in the past two years....

My husband and I are going on vacation in September and I am dreading going because he has lost a ton of weight and I can't control myself enough to lose any weight (we've been trying to lose weight for over a month now).

I am at a loss as to what to do to help get myself under control. :/ someone please help

Whenever you get bored, don't snack. Drink like a bottle of water and do some cleaning or gaming or maybe do light exercises. I recommend this app to help you out. I've had it for a few days and I'm starting to feel great. It gives you the amount of calories to intake for your weight and how much you wanna lose, and if you exercise, you can eat more. Mwahahaha.
