HELP!

Sooo, I've been hooking up with this guys I know and when I asked him what the hell was going on with whatever this relationship is, He told me that he only wants to be fwb and nothing more... and to make it worse I have had a crush on him for three years... He now pretty much ignores me and only talks to me when he wants pics or to have sex or ask me a dumb question. I have to initiate all conversations and they never are like "normal" convos... should I continue with this or let him go? (Which is going to be SO HARD bc he is my neighbor so I see him all the time.) I need advice..!
