Is it true that if I'm pregnant it would show up on my blood work because my hormones go different ?

Okay, here's where it's hard.... yes, and no... I had MANY positive tests, (urine) and got my blood done my level was -1, go freaking figure I'm thinking "wtf is wrong with me" I was so freaking depressed and got the call saying "you're not even pregnant. It was -1" ughhhhhhh so they said we need you too come in again for a retest..... one week from that day I had blood done again,(Tuesday) and waited til the next Monday, she called me back, and GUESS WHAT my blood was over 100 thousand, so they were thinking it was multiple babies..... because if your levels double or triple, or more it's usually more so they called me and say that then asked me to come in for an emergency vaginal scan, it was one baby, and I am now currently 9 weeks 4 days, I go back august first for my 12 week, (1st scan) they do them at 12,20, and around 30 weeks so the first one didn't count

If they test for pregnancy yes. But if theyre not checking for pregnancy it wont show up
