Can I take Aleve or Ibuprofen?

I'm 27 weeks and 2 days. I'm having a horrific toothache. Can I take Aleve or Ibuprofen?

Nope just panadol (tylenol in America) 
Sometimes teeth/gums hurt during pregnancy, literally put a blob of toothpaste on the sore spot and just leave it there to soak in as long as you can (I'd put it there and go to bed) that's what my midwives recommended, it helped so much

Sorry love just Tylenol. Maybe you can use orajel as well? I haven't checked it for pregnant women, but if it's safe give it a try
