Bleeding during ovulation?

So on the 4th of July my boyfriend and I had a quickie before our friends came over and long story short, we think I needed to get plan b (oops). I took it 2 nights later and today (6 days after taking the pill) I got my period. The problem is according to eve I should be ovulating! I only ended my period June 30 so I still have a while to go until I am supposed to get it.

I was freaking out all day thinking the worst possibilities of why I am bleeding...cysts, miscarriage, implantation bleeding, etc. then it dawned on me that it is probably from taking the plan b pill. I read online it could cause periods to come early but my question, ladies, is this too early? Has anyone experienced this before?

I also feel pressure around my ovaries right now and sometimes feel if during sex (it doesn't hurt but feels a bit uncomfortable) which makes me wonder about whether I have a cyst. I am supposed to hear from my gyno within the next few weeks because I am getting the paraguard iud inserted within the next month and am definitely bringing this up to her.

But for the time being I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before?

Also, if it is my actual period that would explain my mood swings lol

And this isn't my only time taking the morning after pill, I have taken it once before but it was a different brand (Aftera) and it didn't disturb my cycle.
