Stitches or Staples after your c section?

Title says it all, what did you ladies have after your c section? Was it for a specific reason? And how did it go?

Dissolvable staples on the inside, glue on the outside.

My cousin had staples. I would say they were much easier for her to remove once the time came versus the stitches from what I've heard.
