Please somebody help me

So my period is 6 days late and I've been feeling like straight Hell for the last couple of days now I've gotten some bleeding here and there to where I think my period about to come on and then that next day there's nothing could I be pregnant 🤰🏽 is it to soon to take a test? Even tho my period is irregular I have still been getting it every month like they was trying to get on the right track I don't know what I should do and a couple of days ago when I wiped this is what I saw
