Advice please... Spotting / AF / implantation??

Hi. I'm really confused and need some advice please.

I had my coil removed on the 23rd June after having no periods for 9 years. Straight after I had spotting for about 4/5 days and a tiny bit of cramps. Then nothing.

Today I felt a twinge around my pelvic area on the left side first thing then later in the day I noticed slight spotting again, though heavier than before (brown colour not fresh red). I thought great, AF has arrived... Prepared for the worse.... And now its almost stopped. Waiting to see what tomorrow brings.

What do you ladies think it could be? I'm open to suggestions x Thanks x
