Tips for losing over 100 pounds??? Please help!

I'm 19 and during pregnancy I had preeclampsia and prescribed bed rest and a never ending craving for fast food... this resulted in me gaining 70 pounds. Horrible, I know. I was a bit chubby before and want to lose 100 pounds in the next six months. I used to be super thin in early teens due to starving myself and ended up in the hospital and drinking a bunch of nutrition shakes... Don't want that to happen again, I want to do the healthy route. Tips?
