Need advice

I have had this really bad pain in my side for 6 days and I can hardly move I havent slept laat night from crying with the pain . The pain is from my right appendices going to the side of my ribs but it is the side/back that is hurting me more.it hurts more when coughing, leaning forward, trying to get up and bending down it is like something os digging into my ribs what should I do
