Hand Foot & Mouth! Help!😳

So my LO had a low grade temp last weekend, no known visible bumps or anything but was verrrryyy irritable. Took her to the doctor and he said it could be something viral. Later on in the week I got a 102 temp, awful aches in my legs, and so uncomfortable with a sore throat. I went to the doctor and they checked me for strep and although the quick test was negative she said every sign was strep so I am on medicine for it. Now I have some painful small bumps on the bottom of my feet. I haven't had a fever since late wed night. Could I have Hand foot and mouth? Is this what my baby had all along and I have it as an adult? I thought it was only prone in children. Any advice on what's going on??
