Anyone with fibroids spot during pregnancy?

I'm 12 +5 weeks pregnant I've been spotting on and off since week 7 but it had stopped around week 10. Every time I see a doctor my cervix is closed and baby is growing and healthy! I have a small fibroid and they say that could be the cause. Has anyone else experienced spotting with fibroids? It ranges from brown to pink and even sometimes red streaks! I just get nervous because I has a MC 4 years ago at 9 weeks 😞

How did your pregnancy turn out? I have fibroids and dr told me they may cause spotting and cramping throughout. I am 11weeks 4 days and have had spotting three times. Dr says no problem but it is nerve racking each time it happens.
