I took BC as EC 9 days ago, and now I'm bleeding! Help!

I took BC as EC 9 days ago because EC is ban in my country. I started bleeding yesterday evening (15.07.17) I'm expecting my period to come next week, but it came yesterday which is way too early. And before my period comes, I'll always have a sore boobs, but this time I never experience any soreness at all. It is possible that my period comes early becauss of the pill? Or is it spotting. The flow is really medium-heavy, like when I pee, it drips, and it is also brown-maroon, so It is unlikely that it is spotting. Has anyone experienced like this before? Take note it was my first time taking pills. I just took it for EC.
