Medical Issue

So I have foot drop and I've had it for the past 3-4 years and I've tried physical therapy and I'm only 14 years old. My parents don't really care although my foot drop is really impacting my life badly and I keep asking them to take me to physical therapy but they never do but they do take my brother in because he's the "Athletic one" and needs to get him adjusted.

I don't know what to do.
