Prevention UTI remedies?
Hi y'all. So I have been getting pretty bad UTI's lately, especially if I'm sexually active, and they won't seem to go away. I have taken antibiotics and they'll help for 3 months or so and then one will come back. I always pee before and after sex, but they are still always there. What are some remedies I can start practicing to keep those UTI's away? Thank you!!!
