So embarrassed!

Every time me & my SO have sex I start to bleed. Every. Single. Time. It's becoming such a huge issue & I know my SO doesn't like it, he just won't say. (Such a gentleman) I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago & they did a pap but found nothing too out of the ordinary. She says I have abnormal cells but it's nothing to worry about & to come back next year. Grrrrrrrr we are TTC for 1 year now, this only adds stress to an already stressful situation. Please help.
