Tell me about your c-section birth!!

My first child was an unscheduled c-section. After being in labor for three days, not dilating past two, water had already been broken, had the epidural I had a choice to wait two hours or have a c-section. Epidural had about worn off, I said c-section... simply because my OB said I probably wouldn't progress. After they cut me open... I FELT EVERYTHING! Connor was born 9 lbs 1oz and healthy as a newborn can be. Now 26 weeks 6 days with our 2nd boy and a scheduled c-section. I'm just very nervous and afraid of the same painful experience with this one. My doctor assured me of course it wouldn't be. Since it will be scheduled and I'll have a spinal block. Basically I want to hear your c-section birth stories. Good or bad
