Impatient

My partner and I have been trying for about 6 or 7 months . Up until last month we were just going with it and hoping to fall pregnant. Last month we timed it and we will continue to do so. But about a week and a half ago, I got my rubella injection, the Dr didn't tell me until after I need to wait 6 weeks to try for a baby as falling pregnant could be risky due to the injection. All I have on my mind is a baby. Any tips to stop thinking about it so much
