No period but no bfp either

I had my IUD removed June 12th and my SO and I have been ttc since I immediately started taking prenatals I started feeling nauseous everyday and still do now I stopped taking my prenatals thinking that was the cause but I'm still nauseous everyday all day I've taken tests and they have all be bfn I have not started my period and I plan on making a Dr. Appointment if by next week I don't have Af show up not sure if anyone has expierenced this or had the IUD and how long did it take to regulate AF?
