Are these kind of clots normal still it looks like meat it freaks me out 
And TMI but I was pooping and since I'm constipated I pushed hard and then it was just dangling out so I pulled it it freaks me out

Postpartum nurse here. If you still have the clot try to break it up by smooshing it. If it doesnt break up then there is a chance it is a piece of placenta that didn't come out after delivery (if that is the case you should call the hospital that you delivered at and they will likely want you to go in). How many days/weeks postbaby are you? How is your bleeding now that the clot has passed? A pad an hour = too much = hemorrhaging = emergency. But if the clot breaks up and bleeding is the same as before I wouldn't be concerned as it is normal to have some clotting after baby. Hope that helps!
