Has anyone tried one of these anti-roll baby positioner pillows?

I'm about to transition my son from his bassinet to has crib and I keep seeing these advertised but no reviews on if they work. Are they safe? Do they work? Has anyone tried this? If you tried it, did it work? My son has acid-reflux so I'll need a wedge anyway so I'm curious if this is a viable option.

I looked everywhere for these and when I went to baby's r us they told me they discontinued these due to baby's dying. That was like 6  months ago.

Having anything in the crib other than a fitted sheet isn't considered safe. If you need baby to sleep on an incline you're better off propping up one end of the crib. Once babies are strong enough to roll off their back they are strong enough to sleep however they can roll.

I don't really understand why it's needed because once they roll it's ok for them to roll over...

I've always heard that positioners like this are incredibly unsafe. You should only have a fitted crib sheet in his crib. My son had terrible reflux. We just propped up one side of his crib.

Actually these work great! My baby would roll over at 3 weeks! Not only did this help with keeping baby in place, but you can adjust it for body head ECT. My baby is 7months this Sat. & she does great sleeping. This is the one I used. $2 on Wish app.

I personally would never use those. Especially if you're not finding reviews or safety testing on them. Safety testing is crucial when you're buying a baby product. Especially one that would be used while you're child is sleeping. I wouldn't risk it.

Hmm. If you're interested in something like this, I would suggest you get a dock-a-tot and use something folded underneath to wedge it.
