Early symptoms

Hi ladies did anyone else experience symptoms super early?

I'm 4 weeks 1 day & I had sore breasts from the day of implantation. I then started getting nauseous a few days later.

Now I feel like I might vomit every time I eat & I'm soooooo tired I can barely stay awake during the day. Is this normal? Last time I was pregnant I didn't get any symptoms until about week 6-7.

I'm hoping it's a good sign as I miscarried last time. I read early symptoms could even mean twins......
