Took a test

I'm 4 days late so I decided to take a pregnancy test & of course after I peed on it my son started screaming in the other room so I ran in there and he fell and he was crying but anyways. About 10 minutes later I checked the test and there's a faint positive on it. Does that mean I'm pregnant? Or what? I'm asking because my friend told me since I waited 10 minutes it could be a false positive from the pee sitting in there for so long.
