Where is your newborn, during sex?

Where do you put your newborn when you're having sex? In CC, most folks agree that it's not appropriate to have sex in the same room as your kids, from what I've read. I'm one of those people. Well what do you do when your kid happens to be a newborn? Especially since you're not meant to leave your newborn alone. 🤷🏾‍♀️

He slept in our room for the first few months, we would just have sex quietly while he was sleeping. He never woke up, and even if he did, so what? It's not like he would ever know what was going on.

I mean, my kids have always slept in my room until a year old, not in my bed though. If they're asleep and not in your bed, who cares? Especially as a newborn lol. Get it in while you can 😂

we have a walk in closet. we took it in there when things got less PG lol. infants aren't going to fall out of their bassinets so don't worry about stepping out of the room for a bit, especially if you have a baby monitor. you'll hear your baby if s/he needs you.

Shoot. I answered wrong. As a newborn he with was in our room in his bassinet. After 4 months he was in his crib in his room. That's around when he started paying attention to things around him

I don't really have a choice, as we live in a studio style home. My daughter is in the room, but not in the bed...there's not really an option to do it somewhere else, because it's just one giant room. Now, I wouldn't do that if she were older, but she's only 7 months...it does kinda kill it since I feel weird if I make any noise/try to get kinky...but oh well...it will do for the next month or so before we move...

She still sleeps in our room, because we don't feel that she's ready or that it's fair to move her into a room with her big sister, who is 9 years old. Eventually, we will move her, but not until she's consistently sleeping through the night.

We co slept so baby slept on the bed. We either had shower sex, floor sex or took it into the guest bedroom lol.
