After 3 years my ex ended it with me in a text.

This is what my ex sent me in a text when I was working.

" Hey sorry but I think we should stop seeing each other it's not right for me to have you around and say I love you and I'm falling out of love with you it's not you it's me and I know you can do better and have someone else that wants to hang out with your family and do all kinds of other thing with you I'm not the right guy for and I know he's out there somewhere waiting for you I'm sorry it took me so long to tell you but I can't force my self to love you anymore it's not right and I just need to be alone. "

That is a good text to say in person. this happened 2 days ago and I am getting over him slowly. I been working out evey morning so I can have a killer revenge body. I just need to know some ways to not think about my ex?
